Family friendly experience
The man at the front was super nice and helpful,, really accommodating which is rare these days. Our kids made too much noise on New Year’s Eve,, but the hotel didn’t even bat an eye and we had a blast!
It wasn’t exactly a budget stay,, but I guess it’s what you pay for the space we had.

Request a room on the first floor for easier access, especially if you have young kids and luggage to carry.

A delightful breakfast surprise
The room was spacious and clean, with fresh supplies every day. The highlight was the hearty breakfast. Michele ensured everything was replenished, which made our mornings pleasant.
However, the shower had low water pressure, which made our morning routine a bit longer than expected. A small annoyance considering the overall quality of the stay.

no one thought to tell me in advance, how considerate. plus, my room barely had any outlets and the lamps were practically useless. I woudl ve been at least content if I had received a complimentary snack for my troubles, but apparently, that’s too much to ask here.

My stay included a warm pool that my kids enjoyed. The staff were friendly during check-in and breakfast. A cook named Michele made a spinach and egg quiche that was delightful.
The breakfast selection could use improvement. The room cleanliness did not meet expectations.

missingWrote a review on Jul 28updated furnishingsmicrowave fridgeproximity shopspool availability
The location offers close proximity to shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a meal out. Notably, the hotel includes updated furnishings in the rooms, with a functional microwave and a fridge for added convenience.
Getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky, especially if you're not familiar with the area. I got turned around a couple of times after shopping. The pool was unavailable during my stay due to classes, which was disappointing, particularly with kids in tow. Also, there’s no elevator for the second floor, making it a challenge to haul your bags upstairs, especially with little ones around. The TV in our room was surprisingly small, requiring me to sit at the edge of the bed to see it. To top it off, the bathroom light switch placement didn’t help either—behind the door? Really? It can be annoying at night when you don't want to fully close the door to switch on the light.
